Frequently asked questions

How is the price calculated?
Each mural is priced at $8 per square foot. Enter your wall width and height in feet; the calculator adds 10% for trimming and displays the estimated total before you add it to your cart.
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height at several points, then use the largest measurements. Include the entire wall, even if windows or doors interrupt it. If you are unsure, send us a wall photo and your measurements before ordering.
What is the wallpaper made of?
Our specified media is DreamScape Ravello, a textured, low-gloss, self-adhesive vinyl. It is repositionable during installation and intended for suitable smooth, clean surfaces. We recommend a test patch because paint, finishes, and wall conditions vary.
Can I remove and reuse it?
DreamScape describes Ravello as repositionable and reusable, and recommends it for short to medium term projects. Results on removal depend on the wall surface, paint, preparation, and installation, so test your specific surface first.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of a defective or damaged print. If we sent the wrong print or made a size error, we will reprint at no cost or refund in full. See our refund and return policy for details.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Tell us about your room, preferred palette, and inspiration. The $95 custom design fee is credited toward your final mural purchase and becomes non-refundable once concept work begins.
