Muralhaus Shipping Policy

All Muralhaus murals are custom printed to order.

Production time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your mural to be produced before shipment.

Shipping time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 2–5 business days.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package requirements. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free within the continental United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may require a separate shipping quote. Please contact us at design@blanchausco.com before ordering if you need delivery outside the continental United States.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product so we can review the issue.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect address was supplied by the customer, the replacement and shipping costs may be charged at full price.
