Muralhaus Return & Refund Policy

Because each Muralhaus mural is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or a change in design preference after production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or in the wrong size due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production or custom concept work has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Please measure your wall carefully before ordering. Our measurement calculator may include an additional allowance for installation and trimming, but Muralhaus is not responsible for incorrect customer measurements. Orders that need to be reproduced because of incorrect measurements supplied by the customer will be charged at full price.

Custom design preview fees are credited toward the final mural order where applicable. Once custom design work has begun, the design fee is non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong product or believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us at design@blanchausco.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
